Although we mainly focus in roleplaying we do assist sites whose focus is not on roleplaying. We have many boards for guests and members alike to look through and to hopefully find that roleplay that they were looking for. Along with that we have boards devoted to helping you roleplay get its feet off of the ground and just to have a friendly chat with other members. A Favor, if you will

Greetings!

I write today of a interesting proposition for you. I, with a few others, are working on a brand NEW Pern fan-site. It’ going to be canon, it’s going to be filled with opportunities, and we’d LOVE you to help us.

I’ve had my turn around the block of Pern RPs, I may have even played at your Weyr. I’ve had different names and all different characters, but even my knowledge can only take me so far. We are looking to make a high quality rp site that is sort of the “People’s Site.” We want to encourage a lot of participation and solid relationships with your fellow role players.

So how can you help? By going to this website: http://weyrhold.proboards106.com/index.cgi and having a look around. Simple as that.

We want to know what YOU think. Is our page too bright? Too much color conflict? We have several default skins to look at, and we may have a contest to see which one wins as the main default. (Only registered members will be able to participate in that) Is our story entertaining? Is there enough area for other characters to grow? We offer a bunch of information about the dragons and Pern, hoping to help those of us less familiar with Anne McCaffrey’s world. Is it enough information? Too much? You’ll find these questions and more under the “Welcome!” thread.

And if you’d like to stay, we’d LOVE to have you! Joining is always open, however most of the boards are closed to posting until we have everything down pat. The C-box is open if you would rather leave your comments there, otherwise in the general discussion there are open areas to post your questions or comments.
