Must use when submitting an ad.
Copywrited to The Catalogue do not use unless Equest says it is okay.

URL: Site's URL
Forum Name: Name of site
Category: Where do you think your ad should go?
Canon: Are canons allowed?
Type of Humans Allowed: Any type of humans including vampires, werewolves, high school students etc.
Type of Animal/s Allowed: All the different types of animals allowed, just dogs, just horses etc.
Fantasy: Include all things magical (wings, elements, god wolves people roleplay, etc) here or none.
Rating: G, PG, PG-13, R, X. If you site allows graphic sex without having a password protected board your site must be rated "X". If you have a password protected board it must be rated "R".
Member Count: Number of members when the ad is posted. Or it could just say 20+, 30+ etc.
Date Opened: When the admin first started to get the name of the site out.
Activity: Current activity level.
Banner Image: You banner image in image brackets, don't include a code.
Plot: The overall plot of the site, this part can be a little fancy.
Staff Spots Open: Which staff spots are open or none.
Location of TC's Banner: Header, footer etc.
